The pillow pouch has multiple applications and it is definitely space saving. For example you can lay the pouch flat in a display or hang it when it is equipped with a euro hole.
Depending on your requirements, this pouch will be sealed on 3 sides and are open on top or bottom were your product can be filled.
These pouches are suitable for various food and non-food products such as soup, snacks, herbs, nutritional supplements, magazines and beauty products.
The material possibilities for a pillow pouch are endless and vary from a two-layer low barrier laminate to a fully plastic high barrier material composition. Materialen
Onze meerlaagse stazakken bestaan uit twee of meer gelamineerde materialen waarbij ten minste één materiaal gemaakt is van een bepaald type kunststof. De samenstelling van het laminaat wordt afgestemd op uw product, proces en wensen. Ook de dikte van het materiaal, vorm en andere eigenschappen van de stazak zijn aanpasbaar. Om de voedselveiligheid te garanderen, beschikken onze leveranciers over de benodigde certificaten om voedselveiligheid te garanderen, zoals BRC en HACCP. Ook garanderen wij dat onze producten géén Bisfenol A (BPA) bevatten.
Barrières
Heeft uw product bescherming nodig tegen waterdamp, zuurstof, UV-licht of gevaarlijke stoffen zoals MOSH or MOAH? Dan kunnen we een barrière-materiaal toevoegen aan uw stazak. U heeft bij ons de keuze uit verschillende barrière-materialen. Naast bijvoorbeeld een aluminium materiaal heeft u ook de keuze uit transparante barrières welke zijn vervaardigd uit kunststof. Hierdoor bestaat uw stazak uit 100% kunststof wat de zak recyclebaar maakt via Plastic Heroes. Elk barrière-materiaal is te specificeren aan de hand van zuurstofdoorlaatbaarheid (OTR) en waterdampdoorlaatbaarheid (WVTR), wat één van de selectiecriteria is om de juiste barrière te kiezen die past bij uw product.
Bedrukking
Wij kunnen u stazak bedrukken tot 10 kleuren door middel van rotogravure, waardoor uw fraaie design perfect tot zijn recht komt op een stazak. Uw design wordt zo gedrukt dat deze vanaf de buiten- of binnenkant niet beschadigd kan worden of in contact komt met uw product in de zak. Dit is mogelijk omdat wij op de achterkant van de buitenste laag van uw stazak printen. Hierdoor is de bedrukking veilig ingesloten in het laminaat van uw stazak. Creëer een premium uitstraling door het toevoegen van een matte vernis of highlight enkele delen van uw design door matte en glossy vernis te combineren. Beiden behoren tot de bedrukkingsmogelijkheden.
